Almond Milk Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Almond ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
- 500 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar (1 tbsp = 14-15 gm )
- 1 pinch Saffron Optional
Instructions
- In a bowl take ¼ cup almonds. Soak it in hot water for 1hour.Now peel off the skin of almonds and drain out the water.Take 500ml milk in a deep pan.From the pan take 4-5 tbsp lukewarm milk and put in almonds. Blend it.Make a smooth paste and keep it aside.Then put 3 tbsp sugar in milk. Mix it.Add the almond paste into the milk. Mix it well.Now add a pinch of saffron.Stir it continuously on low flame till the consistency of milk becomes thick.Now allow it to cool in room temperature. Then refrigerate it for 1hour.Serve it cool by garnishing with a pinch of saffron.

Step By Step Procedures For Almond Milk Recipe/Badam Milk
