Ingredients

  • 4 No Chapati/Roti (Stale or Fresh)
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 7-8 Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce (1 tbsp = 14-15 gm )
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  • Cut Roti into a thin and long-sized.
    Then in a pan, add 2 tbsp oil.
    Then put green chili, chopped garlic cloves, ginger. Saute it.
    Now add onion and mix it.
    Next, add all the vegetables, salt. Mix it.
    Then add all sauces like tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder. Mix it.
    Now add all the Rotis, and mix them properly.
    Add 1 tbsp lemon juice & coriander leaves. Mix it.
    Now chapati noodles are ready for serving.

Notes

You can take Chapati either stale or fresh.
