Egg fried rice is a very simple & easy recipe. This recipe is a combination of rice and egg. For egg fried rice, rice must be completely dry. Fried rice is often made of leftover rice. But you can also make it by cooking fresh rice. For this, you need to dry the rice completely after cooking. Make sure that rice should not contain any moisture in it.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cup Cooked Rice ( Rice should not contain any moisture )
  • 3 Number Eggs
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chili (1 tbsp = 14-15 gm )
  • 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum ( 1cup= 240ml )
  • 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped Spring Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • 1. First Cook Rice. Keep in mind that rice should not be too soft.
    2. Take a Pan/Kadhai & put 1 tbsp oil in it.
    3. Break all the eggs.
    4. Add 1 tsp salt in it. Mix it well.
    5. Fry it on medium flame.
    6. When the eggs are completely fried, shift them out in a bowl.
    7. Now again put 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan.
    8. Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic, and roast it on medium flame till it turns into golden brown color.
    9. Add 1tbsp chopped green chili. Saute it.
    a. Now add chopped carrot & capsicum. Sauté it on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
    b. Add 1tsp salt and chopped spring onion. Mix it well.
    c. Add the fried egg and cooked rice.
    d. Then add soy sauce, pepper powder, and salt as per taste.
    e. Mix it well on high flame.
    f. Now the egg fried rice is ready to serve.
