Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 medium size chopped onion slices
- 1-2 green chili
- 2 medium size capsicums
- 6-7 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tsp black pepper powder ( 1 tsp= 4-5 gm)
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder ( 1 tbsp = 14-15 gm )
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp red chili sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Cooking Oil
Instructions
- Take 4 eggs in a bowl & break these eggs.Add 1tsp salt and 1tsp black pepper powder.Whisk the eggs with these ingredients until frothy.Take a pan & Put 2 tbsp oil in it.When the oil gets hot, then put the egg mixture in it.Now put the gas on medium flame, and cover the pan from the top.Once the egg gets cooked and swells, then take it out of the pan.Cut the egg in medium square size.Put 1tbsp oil in the same frying pan.Now add chopped garlic and fry it.Then add chopped onion slices, green chili & capsicum. Stir it for 2-3 minutes.Next add 1tsp salt, 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp tomato sauce, 1tbsp red chili sauce. Mix it.Now add eggs, 1tbsp garam masala. Mix it.Now serve it by garnishing chopped coriander leaves.

Now serve it by garnishing chopped coriander leaves.
