Fruit Custard
Ingredients
- 500 ml full cream milk
- 2-3 tbsp custard powder (1 tbsp = 14-15 gm )
- 1/4 cup sugar ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup chopped banana
- 1/3 cup pomegranate
- 1/4 cup dry fruits
Instructions
- Take 500ml milk in a pan.Now in a small bowl take 5-6 tbsp Luke warm milk from the pan.Put 2-3 tbsp custard powder into it, mix it well and make a smooth paste.When the milk is boiled add this custard paste into it and stir it continuously on low flame. Make sure there should be no lumps.Add ¼ cup sugar then mix it continuously on low flame 2-3 minutes.When this custard mixture turns in to thick then switch off the flame.Allow it to cool in room temperature. Then transfer it into a bowl and keep it in a refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.When it completely cooled take it out from the refrigerator.Add all fruits i.e chopped apple, chopped banana, pomegranates into the chilled custard. Mix it well.Now serve the chilled custard with garnishing by dry fruits.
