Ingredients
- 1 cup Atta/Wheat ( 1 cup= 240 ml )
- 1 cup Suji/Semolina
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup granulated Sugar or as required
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds/Saunf ( 1tbsp = 14-15 gm )
- Oil ( for deep fry )

- Instructions For Making Atta Biscuits/Whole Wheat Biscuits• In a flattened bowl take 1 cup whole wheat, 1 cup suji, and ½ cup ghee.• Mix it properly by rubbing the flour with your palm. The texture should be like bread crumble.• Add 1tbsp fennel seeds.• Take ½ cup of lukewarm milk and add 1cup of granulated sugar in it. Mix it very well.• Now make a tight dough by adding little quantity of milk.• At last, again take granulated sugar & mix it with dough.• Now make a small ball with greasy hand, and flatten it. You can give them shape as per your choice.• Keep in mind that when flattened, do not keep it very thick.• Heat the oil in the pan.• Deep fry on medium flame and cook until they are light brown in color. Then take out from oil.• Serve it with a cup of tea when the wheat biscuit is cool at room temperature.
