Ingredients

  • 3 medium size bananas
  • 1 cup chilled milk (1 cup= 240 ml )
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar (1 tbsp = 14-15 gm )
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2-3 cardamom
  • 6-7 ice cubes
  • Dry Fruits For garnishing

Instructions

  • In a blender take chopped bananas.
    Then add 1 cup chilled milk.
    Add sugar as per your taste and 6-7 ice cubes and 1tbsp honey.
    Now blend it and make a smooth paste.
    Serve chilled banana milkshake by garnish with dry fruits.

Notes

Sugar can be taken as per requirement.
