Paneer Fried Rice | Paneer Recipe
Ingredients
- 150 gm Paneer / Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp corn flour (1 tbsp = 14-15 gm )
- 1 tsp garam masala powder (1 tsp = 4-5 gm )
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp red chili sauce
- 6-7 chopped Garlic cloves
- 1 chopped onion
- 1-2 chopped green chili
- 1 Chopped carrot
- 4 chopped beans
- 1/3 cup spring onion (1 cup= 240 ml )
- 3/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl take corn flour, Red chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix it properly.Add paneer and coated with these ingredients perfectly. Marinate it for 30minutes.Take a deep hot pan, put 2tbsp oil.Put all the marinated paneer and shallow fry it on medium flame. Then transfer it into a bowl.Now in the same pan put 1tbsp oil.Add chopped garlic cloves and fry it on low flame till it turns into golden brown.Add chopped onion and chopped green chili. Saute it.Put chopped carrot and beans. Mix it with 1tsp salt.Saute it for 2 minutes on medium flame.Now add spring onion and mix it.Then add cooked rice, 1tsp salt, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper powder. Mix it.Put fried paneer into it. Mix it properly.Now serve hot paneer fried rice with any Manchurian gravy.
Step By Step Procedure For Paneer Fried Rice | Paneer Recipe

Put fried paneer into it. Mix it properly.
Now serve hot paneer fried rice with any Manchurian gravy.
