Vegetable Soup Recipe Details
Ingredients
- 1 medium size chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped spring onion ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
- 5-6 number chopped garlic cloves
- 4 chopped beans
- 1 chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/3 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup boiled peas
- 1/3 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Corn flour ( 1 tbsp = 14-15 gm )
- 1 tsp Pepper powder ( 1 tsp = 4-5 gm )
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste

- Instruction For Making Vegetables Soup• First, put 1tsp of oil in a wok or a pan & heat it.• Now add chopped garlic in it and saute it well on medium flame.• Add chopped onion and capsicum. Fry it for half a minute. Then add chopped spring onion and fry it.• Add all chopped veggies i.e carrot, beans, cabbage, green peas, and 1tsp salt. Fry it and cover it for 1 minute on low flame.• Add 2 cup of water and mix it. You can add more water if required.• Boil it for 3-4 minute on low flame.• Add sweet corn. Mix it well.• Now make a smooth paste of cornstarch by adding 2 tbsp of cornstarch with 1/3 cup of water.• Pour this paste into the boiled vegetables and stir it continuously.• When the consistency of soup became thick, you can add salt as per your taste. Then add black pepper powder into it and mix it well.• Serve hot vegetable soup by garnishing chopped coriander leaves.
