Wash the carrot and peel the upper layer of the carrot
Cut it into small pieces and blend it into coarsely, not a fine paste.
Transfer it into a deep pan and cook on low flame till the water get reduce.
Now add ¾ cup of sugar and mix it. Also, add 1-2 tbsp of ghee and mix it well.
When the water from carrot gets reduce completely, Pour 1 cup of lukewarm milk.
Now add crushed cardamom, dry fruits and mix it.
Stir it continuously on medium flame till it changes the color.
Serve hot carrot halwa. For better flavor, you can add ice cream also.
