Put the soya chunk in a bowl, and pour hot water on it.
Soak the soya chunk in water for 30 minutes.
Drain out the water completely from soya chunks after 30 minutes.
Take a blending jar and put soya chunks in it.
Now blend the Soya chunks coarsely.
Take a pan and fry a ½ cup of besan for 1-2 minutes on low flame till the raw aroma of besan/gram flour will go out. Keep aside.
Shift the soya chunks into a bowl.
Add 2 mashed boiled potato, chopped onion, green chili, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, masala powder, amchur powder, chaat masala, salt, chili powder, fried besan. Mix it properly.
Now apply some oil in your palm.
Prepare small balls, press it and give them a shape for frying.
Take a hot pan, and put 1/2 cup oil.
Put one by one kabab in a frying pan.
Shallow fry it on the medium flame from both the sides till it turns into golden brown color.
Now serve the soya kabab by sprinkle chaat masala.
