  • 2 Apples
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (1 cup = 240 ml )
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Baking powder (1 tsp = 4-5 gm )
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Dry fruits


  • • In a pressure cooker put 1 ½ cup salt and place one cooker rack on it.
    • Remove the gasket and whistle, and then close the lid.
    • Leave it for 5-10 mint on low flame for preheating the cooker.
    • Take 2 Apples.
    • Peel the apple and cut it into pieces.
    • Put apple pieces in a blending jar, and blend it. Make a smooth fine paste.
    • Now shift the apple paste into a bowl. Then add milk, jaggery, and oil.
    • Whisk it properly.
    • Take 1 cup whole wheat flour in another bowl.
    • Add baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder into it.
    • Mix it.
    • Now add these dry ingredients into the apple mixture.
    • Mix it thoroughly to make the final mixture.
    • During the mixing, if the cake batter is thick then you can add a little bit lukewarm water. Mix it by using cut and fold method.
    • Take cake tin, and put butter paper inside it. Grease some oil on top of butter paper.
    • Now shift the mixture into cake tin.
    • Put dry fruits on top of the mixture as per your wish. Settle it.
    • Then place it into the cooker for 40-45 minute on low flame.
    • Open the cooker after 40-45 minutes Check with any knife or skew stick if it is baked.
    • Cool the cake at room temperature and remove the butter paper.
    • Now the cake is ready to serve.
